AGILE AI EXECUTION

Not a to-do list with AI sprinkled on top. Scrumb is an AI-driven project execution engine that enforces architectural integrity, manages scope under pressure, and holds your team accountable.

OVERVIEW

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN AI TOOL AND AN EXECUTION ENGINE

Most "AI agile tools" are wrappers — they add AI to an existing to-do list or sprint board. They can suggest tasks, summarize standups, and draft retrospective notes. What they cannot do is enforce architectural integrity, automatically trim scope under deadline pressure, or hold individual developers accountable by name.

Scrumb is built differently. It's not a tool you consult — it's a system that runs your project with you.

WHAT MAKES SCRUMB AN AGILE AI TOOL

WHO IT'S FOR

Scrumb is designed for 2–5 person developer teams who need to move from concept to shipped code without the overhead of traditional agile tooling. That means hackathon teams, student capstone groups, early-stage startups, and small engineering squads.

It is explicitly not designed for enterprise teams with dedicated project managers, Scrum Masters, and established agile processes. Those teams already have the structure. Scrumb is for teams that need it but don't have it yet.
